Hello and welcome to the Sutton Family Genealogy website. This site contains information on the Suttons that settled in York County, South Carolina and still live there today.

Pour yourself a cup of coffee, sit back, relax and enjoy.

My name is Kimberly Sutton and you have just entered my genealogy page, which contains all of the work and research that I and others have done over my lifetime. I hope that you enjoy the content and are blessed by the learning experience, as I have been. This page is a continual work in progress and, therefore, will change periodically. Be be sure to check back often. Please sign my guest book or e-mail me and let me know if you have anything that you might add. I am in search of old pictures of any Suttons that I might scan and include on this site.

I must say that this has been most interesting and fun to bring this site together. The Lord has truly blessed me in my life. In fact, the main message and real purpose of all that is contained here in the site, is to hopefully reveal Christ's love to any who may be lost. God had many genealogies listed in the Bible and I believe that it is important to him that we know who we are and where we came from. In knowing who came before us, we might appreciate this very life that we are blessed with and realize that it must be dedicated to the service of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Your own life is a legacy that you will pass on well after you are gone.

Generations will reap what you sow.

You can pass on a curse or a blessing to those you will never know.

Live your life every day like it is your last.

Remember how many generations will be watching what you accomplish with the gifts and talents that God has given you.

Instead of worrying about the riches of this world, store up your riches in heaven that they might be waiting for you when you arrive.

...and, most importantly, make sure that you have given your life to God and been born again so that you might live an eternal life beyond this one.

Life is hard, but God is good.

May God bless you.
